Cashew Sunflower & Chia Seed Wrap

I will apologize for this being a not so great picture, but am hoping that you’ll get the gist of this recipe anyway.

I wanted to create a simple and hearty wrap that I could quickly make, grab and go. This one definitely did the trick!

Ingredients:

Raw Cashews

Raw Sunflower Seeds

Chia Seeds

Mayo or your favorite dressing or hummus

Your favorite wrap (homemade or store bought)

Directions:

Mix the cashews with your mayo, dressing, or hummus. I made sure that mine were nicely coated. Spoon mixture onto wrap, then sprinkle sunflower seeds and chia seeds on top, wrap it all up, and enjoy!
