Broccoli Slaw Salad

I am always trying to come up with new ways to make eating healthy food fun! I love eating healthy food, but I like to mix things up often so that food does not become boring to me. So here is my fun version of a broccoli salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients

*Broccoli Slaw

*Homemade Ranch Dressing (or you could use any dressing of your choice)

*Cashews (or any nut of your choice)

*Sunflower Seeds or Pepitas (you could even use chia seeds instead if you wish)

*Figs

 

Method

*Mix all ingredients together in your favorite bowl and enjoy! This is such a yummy healthy salad that is both raw & vegan (if no cow’s milk is used in the ranch dressing, or other vegan dressing used).
