Fine Herbs Veggie Roll & Broccoli Slaw Sandwich

Standard

Today has been super duper busy around here, so I am finally catching a late lunch. I decided to go with a Fine Herbs Veggie Roll & Broccoli Slaw Sandwich, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This Veggie Roll sandwich is a perfect replacement for a braunschweiger sandwich. The Veggie Roll not only resembles it, but it also has the same texture as braunschweiger, and is filling like it as well. It’s truly a great option for those wanting to consume less meat, or those who are already vegetarians or vegans. (Or even those who just want to try something different!)

What you’ll need:

* Fine Herb Elianni Veggie Roll (or your favorite flavor – Fine Herb, Mediterranean, Tomato, Mushroom)

* Flat/Thin Whole Grain Hamburger Bun

* Broccoli Slaw

* Mayo (or your favorite condiment/dressing)

* Nutritional Yeast Flakes

What you’ll do:

Toast the bun (or not), add mayo (or condiment/dressing of choice), sprinkle desired amount of nutritional yeast flakes over mayo/dressing, layer desired amount of broccoli slaw on bun, slice off desired amount of Veggie Roll and layer on other side of bun, then gently combine sides of bun together and enjoy! A super easy and super delicious meal that’s ready in a matter of minutes.

I purchased all of the above at fakemeats.com. They are featuring this product right now as Buy One Get One Free on their web site. They also offer: Vegetarian Jerky, many varieties of Meat Substitutes, and vegetarian Seasoning, Sauces, and Condiments too. They have been kind enough to do an upcoming giveaway for my blog, so please keep your eyes open for that.

Everyone have a super day!
