I was looking for a something cold, smooth, and satisfying, but nothing too heavy. This shake definitely delivered! I love that my little one liked it too, since it’s such an easy way to get fruit and nuts both for her, without the added sugar that most shakes contain. Great stuff.
Cinnamon Banilla Shake – No Sugar Added
1 1/2 bananas
1 cup of milk (I used my Quick Cashew Milk)
2 big dashes cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix. Blend together until desired consistency is reached. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy! Mine was thick enough to eat like ice cream, and as it began to melt, became more like a shake.
