I really love my Quick Cashew Milk recipe, and use it as my go to milk now. But one day, about a week ago, I was thinking how nice it would be to have a coconut flavor incorporated into it somehow, so that I could enjoy both the cashew AND coconut flavors together. Enter the Quick Coconut Cashew Milk. I really really liked this milk, and I will definitely be making it time and again.
Quick Coconut Cashew Milk
Here’s what you’ll need:
* 4 cups filtered water
* 5 tablespoons cashew nut butter
* 4 tablespoons coconut cream concentrate (I used Tropical Traditions)
Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or regular blender, and blend until well combined. Chill, then pour desired amount in your favorite mug or glass. Enjoy!
