Cantaloupe Cream Smoothie


We had a nice ripe cantaloupe that needed to be used, so I decided to place some in my smoothie. I was not disappointed! The results were delicious and creamy, and something wonderfully out of the ordinary.


Cantaloupe Cream Smoothie


* 1 cup cubed Cantaloupe

* 1 to 2 shakes Cinnamon

* 1 scoop of your favorite Vanilla Protein Powder

* 16 oz Milk of choice (I used vanilla unsweetened almond milk)



Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
