Banana Nut Muffin Smoothie

I recently saw a recipe for a blueberry muffin smoothie, and it got me thinking about creating a similar one for banana nut. The results far exceeded my expectations, as I hope that it will yours also.  🙂

Banana Nut Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients:

* 1 medium banana

* 1/4 cup rolled oats

* 1/2 tsp cinnamon

* 2 cups milk of choice

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

* 1/8 cup mixed nuts

* handful of ice (optional)

 

Directions:

Pour all ingredients together into high speed blender. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
