I got the idea for this recipe online, but wanted to simplify it. I feel that blueberries and protein powder together make this recipe sweet enough, without any added sweeteners. The frozen blueberries make this smoothie a true delight to indulge in! 🙂
Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
* 16 oz Milk of choice
* 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
* 1/2 cup Oats
* 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
