Sweet Potato Muffin Smoothie


This smoothie turned out far better than I had anticipated, and was pure bliss from the 1st sip! This is an excellent (and creative) way to use up those extra sweet potatoes, or even butternut squash. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Sweet Potato Muffin Smoothie


* 1/2 cup Sweet Potatoes (or Butternut Squash)

* 1/2 cup Oats

* 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

* 16 oz Milk of choice

* 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder



Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until well incorporated. Add ice if you wish. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
