Yesterday’s workouts were brutal. Yes, I said workouts plural. I think I had a temporary moment of insanity just then, but made it through generally well.
I wanted a refreshing smoothie, that would cool me off, and refresh the body after all of that hard work. This Cherry Chiller was the perfect solution.
Cherry Chiller Smoothie
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup pitted Cherries
* 16 oz Milk of choice
* 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well incorporated. Pour into your favorite glass & enjoy! 🙂
