Ranch Egg Salad

I was looking for a way to drastically reduce the calories and fat in my egg salad, without reducing the flavor. I will go so far as saying that I actually like the flavor of this egg salad better, over my old recipe. It’s that good (and so simple to make too)!

Ranch Egg Salad


* 12 Boiled Eggs

* 1/3 cup Bolthouse Farm’s Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing

* 1/3 cup Mayo of choice



Boil eggs, cool, peel, and dice. Mix in dressing & mayo with diced eggs, until well incorporated. Enjoy with crackers, make into sandwiches, or eat as is.

Note: To save even further on fat & calories, you could replace the 1/3 cup of mayo with more of the dressing.
