So a recurring theme for me lately has been mixing these 3 ingredients together. I discovered this fearsome trio by experimenting with yogurt mix-ins and have never looked back. There are no exact measurements for this recipe because, well, there’s really no need to be. Have fun!
Blueberry Coconut Cashew Yogurt
- Frozen Blueberries
- Roasted Cashews (mine were unsalted)
- Unsweetened Coconut
- Plain Yogurt of Choice
- Clear/Unflavored Liquid Stevia
Place yogurt in bowl or glass of choice. Mix in liquid stevia to suit your taste. Add in coconut and mix until well combined. Fold in cashews and blueberries and enjoy!
