I decided to try a spin on the homemade Coconut Milk that I made yesterday, and the results were fairly tasty. Next time I would add 1 more cup of strawberries, but otherwise, this was good!

Strawberry Coconut Milk
- 5-6 cups homemade Coconut Milk
- 3-4 cups fresh Strawberries, washed and hulled (I used 3, but would use 4 next time)
- Favorite sweetener to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour yourself a glassful and enjoy!

I’m always looking to jazz things up in the food department. I get bored easily with the same ‘ole thing, so I’m constantly trying to find new flavors that satisfy the palate. Combining fruit with nuts and yogurt was exactly what I was looking for in a snack!

Strawberry Pecan Yogurt – No Sugar Added
* 1 cup Plain Yogurt
* 6-8 drops regular flavored Liquid Stevia
* 1/4 cup raw Pecans
* 15-20 fresh ripe Strawberries
Combine yogurt and liquid stevia in bowl, and mix until well incorporated. Top with raw pecans and strawberries, and mix together if you wish. Eat to your heart’s contentment!

Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie – No Sugar Added
* 2 cups Filtered Water
* 2 tblsp Almond Butter
* 10 fresh Strawberries
* Handful Oatmeal
* 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
* Few pinches of Chia Seed
Combine all ingredients together in a high speed blender & enjoy!
Today was day 1 of intentionally ingesting foods that will help to detox my body. I wanted to come up with a smoothie that would incorporate a lot of those detoxification elements into it. I have to say, not only does it feel good to be guzzling down stuff that I know is good for me, but it really does taste great too!

I didn’t measure this one out, but seriously – you don’t need to. Adjust the amounts of chocolate almond milk to strawberries, according to 1. how much you’d like to drink, and 2. what balance of chocolate to strawberry ratio you’d like to taste. Here’s what you’ll need:
*Chocolate Almond Milk
*Aloe Vera Juice (1 to 2 oz)
How you’ll make it:
Figure out how you’d like your smoothie to taste – more chocolately or a stronger strawberry flavor. Place your strawberries in Vitamix or blender. Add in desired amount of chocolate almond milk. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into favorite glass or mug. Add in aloe vera juice & sprinkle desired amount of chia seeds on top. I then mixed mine up with a spoon. Drink to your heart’s content – but above all, do what the mug says. 🙂
